10th International GANZ Conference 2016
Margherita Spagnuolo Lobb, Director of the Istituto di Gestalt HCC Italy was our keynote speaker, and her humanity, humour and depth of knowledge was greatly appreciated.
Margherita is a psychologist, gestalt psychotherapist, international trainer and author. Her most recent book The Now-for-Next in Psychotherapy: Gestalt Therapy Recounted in Post Modern Society (2013) has been translated into English, Russian, French, Spanish and Romanian. For more information about Margherita, please see the Margherita Spagnuolo Lobb tab.
In addition to the usual conference programme, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of the founding of GANZ.

The Canberra conference was a success with very positive feedback in general.
The big news is that at the AGM, there was a unanimous vote to leave PACFA at the end of June 2017, and reform GANZ to be a non-regulatory body focussed on building community.
Read more on the conference outcomes page, which also has the beginnings of a pictorial record (well, happy snaps) of people engaged in the various activities at the conference.
Some presenters’ PPT files are available to view and download on the conference presentations page
Note: The pre-conference published programme overview brochure, an outline of the three day program and speakers, and detailed information on specific presentations and presenters can be accessed through the programme tab.
